Welcome to Ted’s Rental and Sales, home of Ted’s True Value Rental. We are Durango’s oldest and largest equipment rental store. With the dawn of 2021 we not only are we bringing in the 3rd, and 4th generations of continued family ownership of our store, but we get to celebrate our 50th year of service to the awesome community of Durango Colorado, and the surrounding areas.
Big Ted opened our doors in our first location on the North end of beautiful Durango Colorado in 1971 with only a lawnmower, rototiller, weed eater, and some hand tools. From there we have continued to grow and expand our services, products, and abilities to be of better service to our amazing customers. Now in our 4th location, our showroom is more than 6000 square feet in size, larger than 6 times the size of our original location. We have added a few pieces of equipment to our rental line, somewhere in the ballpark of 1000 items.
With some new young blood at the helm, and the 4th
generation bringing in lots of energy and excitement, Ted’s is excited to start the next 50 years with full steam ahead. Thank you, Durango, for your continued support and we are more than excited and ready to be of continued service to this community we love to call home!!
