It Starts Every Time. We Keep It That Way.

Honda's reputation is built on one thing: pull the cord, it runs. But a generator that sat all summer with old gas in the carb, or a pump that swallowed a little too much grit, still needs someone who knows it. Ted's has been fixing small engines in Durango since 1971 — warranty work in-house, parts on the shelf, and honest answers about whether a repair is worth it.

Honda Premier Dealer

Generators, pumps, tillers, and snowblowers in stock, and anything else in the Honda lineup ordered direct.

We Service What We Sell

Warranty work, tune-ups, and repairs handled in our own shop — no boxing it up and shipping it off.

Assembled & Test-Run

Every Honda leaves fueled, assembled, and running, and we walk you through it before you head home.

Open Earlier, Later, More Days

An hour earlier, an hour later, and a day longer than anyone else in town — because the job doesn't wait.

If It Says Honda, We Can Get It.

We keep the models Durango leans on hardest right here — the inverter generators people take camping and keep for outages, the pumps contractors and ranchers run, and the snowblowers that fly off the floor after the first storm. Anything else in the Honda catalog we order direct. Call and tell us what the job is.

Generators

Power outages, job sites, hunting camp, the RV. Honda's inverter generators are quiet enough to run next to a campsite and clean enough to charge a laptop. The right one depends on what you're plugging in — tell us, and we'll size it.

Portable Inverter

EU2200i2,200 watts, 47 lb — the one everyone recognizes. Camping, tailgates, light backup
EU2200i CompanionSame 2,200 watts plus a 30A RV outlet — the camper's pick
EU3200i3,200 watts at 59 lb — a real step up in power that still carries by hand

Home Backup & Jobsite

EU3000iS3,000 watts, electric start, on wheels — quiet backup for the essentials
EU7000iS7,000 watts, 120/240V, fuel-injected — whole-house backup that's still an inverter

Water Pumps

Spring runoff, a flooded crawlspace, irrigation ditches, filling a stock tank, or a job-site excavation that won't stay dry. Pumps are sized by outlet and by what's in the water — clean water, high-pressure, or trash pumps that swallow solids. Tell us the job and we'll match the pump.

Dewatering & Transfer

WX101-inch, 32 GPM, 13 lb — carry-anywhere pump for small transfers
WX151.5-inch, 74 GPM, 20 lb — twice the flow, still light
WB202-inch, 164 GPM — the go-to general-purpose dewatering pump

High Pressure

WH151.5-inch high-pressure, 131 ft of lift — irrigation, uphill transfer, fire suppression

Trash Pumps

WT202-inch, 185 GPM, passes solids up to 13/16" — muddy water, sites, ponds
WT303-inch, 317 GPM — the contractor standard for flooded excavations
WT404-inch, 423 GPM, GX390 — the biggest pump on this list, for serious volume

Tillers

Durango dirt is a mix of clay, rock, and whatever the last owner buried. A mini-tiller keeps up raised beds and weeds between rows. A mid-tine breaks new ground. We'll ask about your plot before we point you at one.

Models

FG110Mini-tiller, 9-inch width, 25 lb — raised beds, weeding, tight rows
F220Mid-tine, 21-inch width — the all-around garden tiller
FC600Mid-tine, 26-inch width, GX160 — breaks new ground and bigger gardens

Snowblowers

Tracked Honda two-stage snowblowers — built for steep driveways, north-facing approaches, and the berm the plow leaves at the end of it. Electric start on every model below. They sell fast once the first storm hits, so call before it does.

Two-Stage, Track Drive

HSS724ATD24-inch clearing width, throws 49 ft — average driveways, steep ones included
HSS928ATD28-inch, throws 52 ft, GX270 — the step up for long or wide driveways
HSS1332ATD32-inch, throws 56 ft, GX390 — long drives, big lots, the heaviest snow

Parts, Service, and Everything Else in the Catalog.

Buying the machine is one conversation. Keeping it running is the one that actually matters — and it's the one Ted's has been having since 1971.

Parts for All of It

Spark plugs, air and fuel filters, oil, pull cords, pump seals and impellers, tiller tines, and snowblower shear bolts — the things that wear out, on the shelf. Bring the machine, or bring the broken piece.

Questions People Actually Ask

Do you service Honda equipment I bought somewhere else?

Usually yes. Bring it in and we'll tell you what's possible, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing.

Do you handle Honda warranty work?

Yes. As a Honda Premier Dealer, we handle warranty repairs and parts in-house — nothing gets shipped away.

What size generator do I need?

Add up the running watts of what you want to power, then leave headroom for anything with a motor that surges on startup — fridges, well pumps, air conditioners. Or just tell us what you're plugging in and we'll do the math with you.

Can my generator sit all year until the power goes out?

It can, if you store it right: stabilized fuel or a dry carb, and a test-run every month or two. Most "it won't start" generators we see had gas sitting in them for a year. We can do a pre-season service so it's ready when you need it.

Clean-water pump or trash pump?

If there's mud, sand, leaves, or gravel in the water, go trash pump — it passes solids that would wreck a standard pump. Clean water from a tank, pond, or creek, a dewatering pump is lighter and cheaper.

Do you assemble and test before I take it home?

Yes. Assembled, fueled, test-run, and walked through with you before you leave.

The Storm Doesn't Wait for Shipping.

Come see what's on the floor, or call and we'll tell you straight — what's in stock, what we can order, and what's actually right for the work you're doing. That's been the arrangement here since 1971.
