How long does a wash take?

Most dogs are in and out in minutes depending on size/coat.

What if I’ve never used a dog wash before?

It’s car‑wash simple. The dial is labeled (Wash, Rinse, Conditioner, Dryer). A quick placard shows each step.

Are towels included?

Grab a fresh towel inside Ted’s during business hours for a small fee. (You’re welcome to bring your own any time.) If you are a student, bring us your Student I.D. and the towel use is FREE!!

Do you allow large breeds?

Absolutely. The elevated tub, strong rinse, and open bay make big dogs a breeze.

How do you keep it clean?

The bay runs an automatic self‑clean cycle once a day. Staff spot‑checks during store hours.
