The Dealer Matters as Much as the Machine.

A Husqvarna saw or mower is built to run for years — if someone keeps it running. When the chain dulls, the carb gums up, or the deck belt goes in the middle of June, you want the shop that sold it to you, not a shipping label. Ted's has been fixing small engines in Durango since 1971, and we handle Husqvarna warranty work in-house.

An hour earlier, an hour later, and a day longer than anyone else in town — because the job doesn't wait.

If It's Husqvarna, We Can Get It.

We keep the models Durango leans on hardest on the floor — ranch saws and pro saws, zero-turns for real acreage, two-stage snow blowers for steep driveways. Anything else in the Husqvarna catalog we order direct and it ships to the store. Call and tell us what the job is.

Chainsaws

Firewood, storm cleanup, fire mitigation, or felling on a steep slope. Husqvarna runs from ranch saws that'll do a winter's worth of wood to professional saws built for all-day cutting. The right one is sized to the wood you're actually cutting — tell us, and we'll point you at it.

Gas — Farm & Ranch

455 Rancher55.5cc, 20-inch bar — the do-everything saw for firewood and property work
460 Rancher60.3cc, 24-inch bar — more reach and power for bigger wood

Battery

T542i XPTop-handle battery saw for arborists and overhead work
550i XPPro battery saw, 16–20-inch bar — gas-class cutting, no fumes or pull cord

Gas — Professional

550 XP Mark II50.1cc, 11.7 lb — light, fast pro saw for limbing and mid-size felling
562 XP Mark II59.8cc, 18–28-inch bar — the all-day pro felling saw
564 XP62.4cc, fuel-injected — adjusts itself to altitude and temperature
372 XP70.7cc, up to a 32-inch bar — the classic big-wood workhorse
592 XP92.7cc, up to a 36-inch bar — the biggest saw we carry, for the biggest trees

Weed Eaters & String Trimmers

Fence lines, ditches, and the strip along the driveway that comes back every August. Straight shafts reach under things and last longer; curved shafts are lighter and easier to handle. Battery is quieter and starts every time.

Gas — Straight Shaft

525L25.4cc professional trimmer — heavy growth and all-day use
525LKSame pro engine with a detachable shaft for attachments
522L22.5cc, 9.3 lb — lighter pro trimmer for long sessions
130L28cc homeowner trimmer, 18-inch cut

Gas — Curved Shaft

130C28cc, curved shaft — easy handling for yards and edges
122C21.7cc, the lightest gas trimmer here — small yards, quick jobs

Battery

320iL40V, 16-inch cut, battery and charger included — quiet, no mixing fuel

Zero-Turn & Riding Mowers

If you're mowing an acre or more, a rider pays for itself in Saturdays. Zero-turns cut fastest around trees and beds; a lawn tractor handles slopes and pulls a cart. We assemble, test, and service every one we sell.

Models

Z248F48-inch fabricated steel deck, Kawasaki engine — built to take rough ground
Z25454-inch deck, Briggs & Stratton engine — wider cut for bigger properties
TS 14242-inch lawn tractor, hydrostatic drive — handles slopes and towing

Snow Blowers

Two-stage, gas-powered, built to chew through packed snow and the berm the plow leaves at the end of the driveway. The 300 series steps up power; the 400 series adds hydrostatic drive for steep or long approaches. They go fast after the first storm.

Two-Stage

ST 22424-inch clearing width — average driveways and walks
ST 22727-inch, 7.8 hp — wider pass, fewer trips
ST 32727-inch, 8.4 hp — more power for heavy, wet snow
ST 33030-inch, 11 hp — long drives and big berms

Two-Stage, Hydrostatic Drive

ST 424T24-inch, track drive, hydrostatic — grips steep driveways
ST 43030-inch, 12.5 hp, hydrostatic — the top of the lineup here

Buying the machine is one conversation. Keeping it running is the one that actually matters — and it's the one Ted's has been having since 1971.

Parts for All of It

Chains, bars, sprockets, filters, plugs, trimmer line, mower blades and belts, and snow blower shear pins — the things that wear out, on the shelf. Bring the machine, or bring the broken piece.

Questions People Actually Ask

Do you service Husqvarna equipment I bought somewhere else?

Usually yes. Bring it in and we'll tell you what's possible, what it costs, and whether it's worth doing.

Do you handle Husqvarna warranty work?

Yes. As an authorized Husqvarna dealer, we handle warranty repairs and parts in-house — nothing gets shipped away.

How fast can you sharpen a chain?

Short turnaround. It's one of the most common things we do — call ahead and we'll tell you what today looks like.

Rancher or XP?

Rancher saws are built for homeowners and property owners — firewood, cleanup, a few tanks at a time. XP saws are the professional line: lighter for the power, built to run all day. If you're cutting a winter's worth of wood, a Rancher is plenty. If you cut for a living, go XP.

Zero-turn or lawn tractor?

A zero-turn mows faster and trims tighter around trees and beds. A lawn tractor is better on steep slopes and can tow a cart or spreader. Tell us about your property and we'll tell you which fits.

Do you assemble and test before I take it home?

Yes. Assembled, fueled, test-run, and walked through with you before you leave.

The Job Doesn't Wait for Shipping.

Come see what's on the floor, or call and we'll tell you straight — what's in stock, what we can order, and what's actually right for the work you're doing. That's been the arrangement here since 1971.

Get the Right Machine, Ready to Run.

Call and tell us what the job is. We'll tell you what's in stock, what's a few days out, and which model actually fits — no upsell, no guesswork.
